The scope hit the tripod while imaging IC59 so I took this to fill the time until dawn.
17 x 5 min taken over two nights 23/24 September. H-alpha modified Canon EOS 350D on Tak Epsilon 180ED with IR/UV filter.
This is just a really quick stack because Orion was far too low in sky to produce a decent image.

That is absolutely stunning. I was at Greenwich yesterday and this would certainly have given any of the competition astrophotos there a run for their money.
That's really good, lots of detail in the dust clouds.
You also seem to have cornered the market on sat trails ;)
That really is an excellent image and as always the colours look wonderful. Shame about the extended glow from the brighter stars but I'm not sure there's much can be done about that. I'm certainly looking forward to the net iteration.
