Title: Quick 8" Newt test
Post by: Rocket Pooch on Apr 11, 2011, 00:45:37
Hi,

I took the astro tec thingy out this evening, collimated it and did 34x30 second images on Phad in Ursa Major, I was just doing a collimation test.  The collimation is nearly perfect so I'm quite happy, with the new tube and primary support I think this will become a nice scope.

Oh and M109 is in the field of view, I thought I'd see if I could get it with 30second images.

Chris
