Title: What I am getting next
Post by: Rocket Pooch on Jan 28, 2011, 09:03:30
After being asked abut 10 times last night about why the ED80 might be going, as I said I'm only going to part with it for the right money.

This is the little thing I'm getting next.

A TS 65ED Quadruplet.

This guy as done some sample images.  I have no idea why he is mixing unflat AT72mm and Flat 65ED images for RGB but you will get the hint,

The idea is to put my APCCD67 reducer on the back for a laugh and see if I can get it down to F4ish which may sound odd, but I did get it to work on the ZS66, but the ZS66 did not have a flat field whereas thid does.  Ptobably F5 will be better with the reducer.  The APCCD67 does not impart any corrections of the field flatness so it shoud work with this, if there is enough in focus.

Looks like you can build a serious imaging machine around this, Chris.
