Title: IC1396 UK and France
Post by: Rocket Pooch on Sep 13, 2010, 12:58:53
Hi,

I grabbed some more IC1396 data in france to put together this Ha 12x20 minutes image.

This time with a Pentax 6x7 lens, I worked out the stars in the corners that are iffy are caused by bad guiding of all things.

That Pentax is giving you a very useful field of view - it's very rare to see the whole nebula at once.  I'm looking forward to the complete processing of this one.
