... yes apparently there's a button on the menu in Photoshop that does that.

Go to his site, and flip between that image and his natural colour image of the same field. Oh, and  look at the total exposure time too. He must have good dark clear skies and a lot of dedication. Seven and a half hours of exposure in that one image...
