BAA electronic bulletin No. 00440 -- http://www.britastro.org/
Bulletin transmitted on  Mon Sep 14 20:08:37 BST 2009
(c) 2009 British Astronomical Association

Following the earlier e-bulletin announcing Tom Bole's record supernovae discoveries a short note has appeared in the electronic Telegraph and may be seen here (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/science/science-news/6173407/Amateur-British-astronomer-takes-world-record-for-most-supernova.html).

Mention is made in that article that he will also feature in an exhibition at London's Royal Albert Hall from Thursday 24 September to Monday 2 November 2009.  This is called "Explorers of the Universe", and includes 25 of Britain's leading astronomers including BAA members Sir Patrick, Peter Birtwistle, Damien Peach, Nik Szymanek as well as Tom. (They are in extremely good company with such as Lord Rees, Stephen Hawking and Sir Bernard Lovell).
