Title: IC1396 centre, draft image
Post by: Rocket Pooch on May 26, 2009, 08:38:52
Hi,

This is the centre part of IC1396, 14x10 minutes subs, dark and bias subtracted, still some work need to be done on the darks and also the brightness scaling.  This is with the ZS66.

Crikey, you have been busy !  Another excellent image.

Why does the coma appear to be only on the top left ?

I don't rate my zs66, the primary is probaby out of line.

Again looking promising - shame you didn't have the trunk a bit more central in the frame there is a load of interesting stuff to the bottom of it that you have missed off. Was this intentional?

That's excellent Chris.  My favourite of the three you've posted. Lots of detail and a very interesting composition (I disagree with John here).  I like it a lot.
