Title: Archimedes & Apennine Mountains
Post by: Fay on Apr 06, 2009, 14:42:09
It was a change to have a go at the Moon. The sky was really claggy!! I used the DMK & 512 frames, IC Capture. Astronomik red filter. 040409, 6" Maksutov.

Nice to have one cable out!

That's good Fay considering it's your first go at the moon for ages... Maybe a little over exposed & perhaps could do with a 'tad' sharpening but excellent - Loads of details showing... John

Claggy?  Interesting word!

Conditions were not good, so I think you've done quite well under the circumstances - although it's a little over-exposed.

What software did you use for stacking?

Mark
