O.K. so I'm having a laugh.  But this really is NGC604 taken from my M33 image (full size):

Not as good as Hubble, but you can see a few filaments ...

That's very impressive, it just goes to show what you can tease out of an image.

Pretty good. It compares to the Hubble image pretty well...
