Title: mini mars from last saturday

here is a mini mars from Saturday images at .19 arc sec per pixel 8" LX200R @ F30, is this was Jupiter it would fill the whole image, Mars is tiny at the moment at 11 arc sec diameter.

I like that, Chris, What camera did you use? I had a quick do with the webcam the other night, but it was no good. Have not used webcam /K3 & Registax for months. Did you use filters?

It was a colour DMK USB2 camera very low noise and high frame rate this was 4000 frames at 30 FPS, I now have my replacement mono camera so its probably going to be another 3 months before I get out again!!!

Oh I remember now, it was sent in error. Perhaps my Mars was no good as I did nowhere near that amount of frames & it looked very small.
