please can you tell me how you get rid of the jet trails on images, in Maxim.

don't you just omit the suspect subs from the stack....or am I misunderstanding what you are trying to do?

Well I wanted to use all of them. There is a function in Maxim that will auto delete anything that is not common to the other subs.

Use the Sigma stack - that should do the trick.
