Title: Drift Alignment
Post by: Mike on Nov 16, 2007, 10:25:19
For those of you at my talk last week at the IS you will have heard me talking about the importance of a good polar alignment to get the best tracking and minimal guiding errors possible when imaging.

Drift alignment is a bit of a pig to learn. However, I have come across this simulator a guy has made that is very useful in learning how to drift align without having to set up/wait for a clear night, etc. Give it a go.
