On the laptop screen the galaxy arms streach almost from the top to the bottom of the field some 17'.
Taken with C8 at f6.3 10 x 73sec exposures.
Please let me know if it doesn't look so long on your screen sometimes the ttf laptop screen gives better details at low brightmess levels than glass screens.

Is your C8 one of the fast ones or are you using a focal reducer?

Using a focal reducer.
Also now looking at the image here at work, the length of the arms are reduced by the difference in the way the glass screens reporoduce the image.
Played with brightness settings on a glass display.

To give some scale the height of the frame is just over 1/4 of a degree thats hald the apparent diameter of the moon, this is a huge object in the sky.
