It will be interesting to see if its got less bugs than v3, I'll give it a go on some old BMP's and see the difference.

It's getting some positive reviews - it has multi-point alignment capability which is meant to be a big improvement... Might be quite interesting to try on some old lunar files..

Ok, quick stack of the moon Wavelett 10,20 on 5 & 6,
V4 & V3 in columns.

Hmmm... Top row, the V4 image looks a bit sharper. Bottom row, the left-hand (V4?) image is distinctly over-cooked (there's at least one crater that's doubled). So I guess it's a thumbs up if you get the processing parameters right...

Yes the bottom one does have a funny on the crator, here's Saturn same AVI top one in V4.

oops that was me (Chris) forgot to log in, and the spelling should give it away.

Not sure about V4 yet, very nice interface, and less buggy, but the multipoint feature will probably need some getting used to.
