Well I hope they do, but I'll believe it when I see it. There are a good many changes of administration between now and 2020.

Another thing, why 2020? Whats the delay for? It's not like its not been done before.

there are 3 reasons....

1) They need to build a new rocket system to take them to the moon
2) there looking for ways to obtain Fuel from the luner serface
3) There going to make a hop from the moon to mars.

I disagree.

1) No they don't - There are many existing rocket designs that would work perfectly already in existance - They've done it before remember!
2) Not feasible with existing technology.
3) Irrelevant to a moon landing.
