Tried a couple of ways of processing this and fairly happy with this result. I need to work out how to make a mask to cover just the bluey white arms of M81 I couldn't get it to work with colour mask.

Very nice Ivor.

I'm processing M81 M82 at the moment and I hope the galaxies turn out as well as yours.
