Title: Dust in Taurus
Post by: MarkS on Dec 18, 2016, 13:58:39
This is the toughest image I've ever processed.

It contains Cederblad 30, LBN 782, VdB 27, IC 359 and part of LDN 1495.

Shot using the usual modified Sony A7S on the Tak Epsilon 180ED.    540 x 30sec exposures at ISO 10000 giving 4.5 hours of integration time.  SQM sky quality reading 20.8

Thats nice Mark, are you ok with the Sony problems now? You seem to be blazing on regardless

I have workarounds for all the Sony problems I have encountered so far.  It is now working very well indeed but it has been a long learning process.
