Title: Jupiter from March Re-Process
Post by: Carole on Apr 18, 2016, 13:39:49
Further to comments made on previous process, and also to a few new things learnt in stacking and processing planets, I have re-processed my image from March, it's less sharpened, but I think the polar detail is still there and I think the colour is better.

All a learning curve.

Thanks for pointing that out John, I forgot to give it a dose of HLVG.  I've replaced the original to save lots of versions.

The moons look fine on my monitor, also less flat and more spherical.

That's a pretty good result Carole.  You must be pleased with that!

Yes I am pleased with that, I am glad I went back and re-processed it and to be honest it was all your comments that prompted me to re-do it.

Now I just have to get a decent result from the new C6.
