Title: IC1318 Gamma Cygni Region
Post by: MarkS on Nov 10, 2015, 22:53:56
The Gamma Cygni (aka Sadr) region containing the Butterfly Nebula taken at the beginning of September.  I'm beginning to clear my processing backlog!

Modified Sony A7S on Tak Epsilon 180ED. 100minutes of data in 30 second subs.

Blimey. You don't have to spend long out in your observatory with that camera! Fantastic image. That's two pages in next years calendar sorted then.

Superb... Unbelievable detail & colours - I love all the 'milkyness' of the dust/ nebula - I see the crescent is trying to make an appearance bottom left as well :-) John
