I also did a few short shots to give a more landscaped effect. The FOV wasn't big enough to allow trees and Betelgeuse in the same image, so I had to join 3 images together. Didn't quite manage to match the colour in the bottom join, but I think the trees make it into more of a picture. Pretend its the setting Sun lol.

Nice Carole, I agree with your comments on getting a bit of foreground for artistic constellation shots. Lots of examples in Burnham's Celestial Handbook really sets off the image, branches and the like can be used to frame subjects like the Pleiades etc.
