Here are the Pleiades taken over 2 nights in December.
H-alpha modded Canon 350D on Takahashi Epsilon 180ED with IR/UV filter
92x300sec exposures at ISO 800 plus 12x 150sec exposures at ISO 400 (to reduce star saturation)

That came out well - nicely processed.....
Mark that is superb! Congratulations.
Lovely and sparkly, that would make a good Christmas card.
That's awesome!
Thanks for your comments.
Even though I tend to be overcritical of my images, this one is an image I'm actually pleased with!

That is beautiful, Mark. Another raving success from the Shelley stables.
Doug.
That looks excellent, I wondered why you'd been so quiet :)
Robert
That's a very nice image Mark
Just had a look on the big screen and it looks wonderful. There seems to be some vignetting effect going on in a couple of corners but that's barely noticeable.
Great image !
Thanks all for your comments !
Lovely image Mark, lots of surrounding gas, and nice colour.
Carole
