I think its a family campsite, so he might have to wait. 8)

Don't whatever you do don't look at the 5 day forecast for Rye http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/uk/se/rye_forecast_weather.html

Especially don't look at the "Visibility" column ...

However, the seeing forecast has improved ...

Oh dear.

Does that mean you've left giant holes that others will also sink into?

Looks like Rother Valley may be a no go for Winter - just like almost everywhere else.

Looks like I wont be down tonight after all - too much work on :(  But I will be down Saturday as planned :)

Is there going to be communal trough tomorrow or are we all taking our own food ?

Keep us posted about about the mud, doesn't look promising though !!!

Doesn't sound good. Also my son and his friends who were coming too have all gone down with flu which is disappointing.  I've decided to go and stay with a relative who lives near Herstmonceux where there are dark skies instead of coming to DSC and do imaging in her garden.

Have a good weekend, I'll miss the cameraderie.

Any chance of a picture or two Mick so we can see what it's like?

Pictures don't really show what it's like
The ground is soft but Fay, Chris and Tony have driven on it with no real problems (so far)  It's probably the weght of the van.

I am now stuck again but it's where I wanted to be so WTF
