You've heard of trying to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear, well the Oiii data was not good on this and I had obviously discarded it back in July as being useless and needing to do it from a dark location.  Well that hasn't happened yet.  Today I stumbled on the Oiii data which I had even forgotten I had and decided to have another "go" at it.

With some heavy handed processing I have managed to get this.  Some of the stars look a bit oval, but I think this could have been before I sorted out my guiding problems (Bought a proper set of mini guide rings for the finderguider which I think must have had some differential flexure before).

This is now colour added to the mono image I posted previously:

Ha Oiii Oiii
Oiii data was not great, so made the best of it.
Taken from home.

Ha 9 x 1200 secs (total 3 hours)
Oiii 5 x 1200 secs (total 1hr 40mins)
Grand total 4 hours 40 minutes.

That has come out surprisingly well.  It gives the nebula a truly 3D appearance. With some better quality OIII data it could be excellent.

Thanks Mark, I was surprised myself given the poor Oiii data.
