A large Sunspot today

Decided to have another "go" at imaging with my PST.
Not very good with getting focus as everything is wobbling around and it's not as if you can focus on a star with the PST and use a Bahtinov.  I try to get the dark part of the Sunspot as sharp as I can.  
(Any-one got any tips on this?).

Anyway I think this is an improvement on my previous attempts which at least is going in the right direction.

This is the full frame.  Approx 225 frames (I took more than this, but some of the AVIs seem to be corrupt for some reason and won't stack, some had clouds pass through them, so I got the best results with only 1 AVI).  Captured in Sharpcap, stacked in Registax and finished off in PS CS3.
