Title: Couple of images taken in Scotland, 18-55mm lens on Tripod
Post by: Simon E on Dec 08, 2015, 23:40:43
Been up at Fort William last couple of days and in between the wind and the rain, the clouds cleared and I had my Nikon and tripod to hand, so got this pix of Orion.

These were all taken with a D5100 Nikon DSLR on a Tripod, Exposures between 20-30 secs, on HI2 ISO.

Well done Simon.  Looks like you've caught the Andromeda Galaxy in the last shot.
