This one is a bit noisy as there were only 3 Ha subs and there was a lot of high cloud during the OIII capture to.

SXVR-H693 binned 2x2 and 5nm Ha and 3nm OIII filters on a GSO 8" RC operating at f/8.  I've processed it in an attempt to bring out the very faint second ghost OIII ring but not very successfully.

Taken on a couple of days during Feb.

Nice owl!

Do you mean a SXVR-H694?

Didn't realise there were any clear skies in Feb!

Very nice Robert especially for such short integration. Great scale as well.. Excellent - John

Mark, yes it was a H694 also I didn't say there were any clear skies but in desperation I felt I had to do something !

John, thanks for the kind words.  I think it was just postable, most of the individual subs were unusable due to the crappy skies.  There also seems to be some light leak which shows when extreme stretching is applied so its not been processed as I would like.

Good image Robert. Nice to see someone doing something! What was the total exposure in each filter?

Fay

That looks good Robert. nice and  large, you usually only see it quite small
