Low Pressure Sodium,


The low pressure Sodium has gaps in the far green and blue end, the red is a also a little fainter.

High pressure Sodum


The High pressure lamps are a continum but not so bright in the green and blue as the yellow and red.

Canon G6 full telephoto and Cookin diffractor Cosmos B filter (40)

will that diffractor work with a CCD?

Yes it will, it it mounting it in the light path that is tricky.

Quick thought paul, can we do some testing and put the neodium and skyglow filters in front of that to see how effective the filters are, also where did you get the filter from?

Any camera shop should sell them. I have had mine for years should have had a go with it before now.
