Title: Parliamentary Light Pollution Consultation

From the Federation of Astronomical Societies:

The House of Lords has opened a consultation on light pollution (and noise). This is the first potentially meaningful parliamentary engagement with the topic since the  APPG for Dark Skies (https://appgdarkskies.co.uk/) was formed, so please take the time to respond to it if you can.
