Carl Murray needs to be able to get home at a sensible hour on Thursday, so we'll probably use the reverse programme order we've tried in the past, and have his talk before the tea break. There've been some good images taken in the last month or so, so you'll all want to stay for the chairman's and observing officer's talks after tea, if only to see the images.
