Milky Way around M27

The Thing

Finally a clear night! Though the clouds didn't leave me alone all night. Next door had a wild party until 3am so there was music to entertain.

10x300s @ iso1600 @ f4 Camera pigybacked on NEQ6 belt drive mount. Guided with OAG/QHY5L-II Mono and PHD 2. Captured with APT 3.12.

Image date, time and location:   2016-08-01 02:00 CET Manche, France
Telescope aperture and focal ratio:   Pentax 35-105mm Lens f4
Camera and filters used:           Canon 1000D Baader Filter, CLS-CCD
Processing applied:                   DeepSkyStacker, Irfanview, Lightzone. No calibration.

It is healthier to be mutton dressed as lamb, than mutton dressed as mutton!

A good view of the Milky Way.  It does have a bit of colour gradient though - always difficult to remove on a widefield.

I didn't do anything like gradient or vignetting correction. Too lazy.
