Title: High Elms Public event 25th July
Post by: Jim on Jul 25, 2009, 19:52:55
I big THANKYOU to all those you came and helped out, especially Hugh for building the Lunar lander model, his wife Elaine for the delicious cakes (complete with american flags!), Sue for organising the refreshments and her husband Roy for building the Command Module model, Mike for building the Saturn V model, and Carole and Greg for their excellent talks. We had a great day, the exhibition seemed to go down well and I counted about 50 visitors in total. We seem to get a lot of new faces each event so clearly we're reaching out to a lot of people. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and I had a lot of thankyou's afterwards.

Thanks to you as well Jim for organising the day.
