Title: IC5070 Pelican Nebula
Post by: Fay on Aug 31, 2008, 15:49:21
14x480 secs Ha, Atik314L, WO ZS66
Sky was rubbish last night, hardly any stars visible although looked clear. Became very damp & I probably had a lot of dew on scope.
Pelican is still unfinished business.

Great Image Fay, can't believe you got that last night, I couldn't even see the whole summer triangle through the mist, amazed you got such a nice image.

Definitely prefer the second image, not as much, noise

Thanks Daniel,
It's all practice I suppose.

Second is better because:
1) It is less noisy
2) It shows more detail
