Did quite a lot in December but only have a few left and this is one.
This is 6hr 10mins (37 x 600s) of exposures with a 5nm Ha filter of IC405, the Flaming Star nebula, taken with the usual gear.
Hope you like it.

Lovely - lots of subtle and excellent detail in there!
What exactly do you mean by "Normal" vs "HDR"?

Sorry should have explained, normal being my normal Ha workflow (can post details),and HDR being with the addition of HDR multiscale transform (all in PI).
Robert
Nice work Robert, I think sometimes a combination of the "normal" and the HDR images might produce a nice combi, i.e. picking out the detail but leaving the softer stuff.
Carole
Thanks for the suggestion Carole, I might try that out.
Very nice Robert. you have been busy!
Yes Fay but what else do you do when it's raining, sleep
That's another very good image Robert. I like the HDR. Seems like an excellent setup you've finally got sorted. Do you plan to add other wavelengths?
Thanks Duncan, things seem to have settled down a bit though, as you're probably aware, I never like to be settled for too long.
Yes there are other wavelengths coming (not necessarily of this) but they'll have to be presentable before I post.
