Hi Chris,

Nice but I think I prefer the M3 from a week or so ago - it just looks a little sharper (maybe seeing not as good)- also looks like there is light pollution (or possibly moon) at top...

ep could have done with using the Ha I think, nearly full moon nd high cloud we're not good.

Well you see I think the worse thing you can do is rush and image :sad:

I just went back to the FITS and selectively stacked a bunch of images rather than the, oh I'm tired and I'll do a bunch automatically.

Just did a single set of 45x5 second images, dropped 5 fuzzy ones and then I removed some low level artifacts using AIP gamma scaling, and bingo nice sharp stars, would be even better if the SAC8 did not do the slight shadows on the bright ones.

No mask or anything else applied, just cropped the image to look square, cool eh!

Now its your turn with your nice new telescope!

BTW this was done with the LX90 at F3.3 hence the quick image times.
